How does a custom order work?

Do you have an idea about your dream ring? Then you contact me with your custom order specification. I will need to know all the details including:
- style
- gold color - yellow gold/white gold/rose gold/mixed
- metal quality - 14k, 18K, or platinum.

Let me know if you have a particular style or color of gems, and the overall budget. Once you have this information, contact me via elena@sevencarat.com, and I will draw out a few examples for you to choose from.

Pricing

Once you provide me with all the information above, I'll be able to give you the price quote. After the price has been settled, I will start by showing you a video and images of the gemstones or diamonds that match your budget, and style for the custom order.

Sketch - CAD rendering

Once you approve the style of your piece, the gemstones or the diamonds I will start creating the sketch. The CAD rendering will show you exactly how the ring will look, including every detail such as the measurements and proportion of your custom-made jewelry.

In order to start working on the sketch, a $200 deposit is required to pay here.
Creating the sketch and CAD design can take around 5-8 business days.
The $200 deposit allows you to make 2-3 changes to the design. For anything more than that, or if you want to change the direction of the design, additional fees will be charged.

When the design is ready, I'll send you the images with all the information for your confirmation. If it's suitable, the remaining amount is to be paid in full before moving forward with the process. Within 24 hours, a special listing for your order will be made, along with all the information about its design.

How long will take to create the custom order?

Once the full payment is made, it will take 2-3 weeks to create the piece. Remember, I aim to create the best quality jewelry and give you the best customer service. All the work is handmade, and for that reason I need time.

After you choose your jewelry and add your personal information, you will need to add your financial information and choose how you would like to pay.

You will have the following options:

Pay via Stripe with one payment or choose the Affirm payments option.

As well you have the option of "Multiple Payment Method"

At this option I split the price of the jewelry for 2- 5 listings, it will create different payments per your request. For example, ring that costs $ 2800 First payment $ 800, the second payment $ 450, the third payment $ 650, the fourth Payment $450, payment number five $ 450

You will be able to choose the amount and the dates of the payments

All the jewelry create per customer order.
* Sizes available: 3 - 9.
If you are interested in plus size ring from 10 US- 20 US Please let me know.
* All the jewelry can be made in the following metals per your request:
14k Yellow/ Rose or White gold, 18K
Yellow/ Rose or White Gold, Platinum.
* Center stone can be personalized per request and budget.
The jewelry can be made with diamonds, moissanite, sapphire, ruby, and more.
* Customization- Feel free to request a custom order, I will create new jewelry per your request and budget.

All of my jewelry is made to order. The creation process requires a production time of 3-4 weeks before the jewelry is shipped.

Custom Orders and Personalized Jewelry:

If you are interested in a custom or personalized jewelry piece, please note that some items may take additional time, depending on the availability of stones and the complexity of the design. Once the sketch is complete, I will send you an email with pictures of the model for your confirmation. The jewelry will only proceed to production after your approval.
The custom order process typically takes 3-5 weeks. I will keep you informed of each step throughout the process.

I provide free worldwide shipping via FedEx or DHL, with delivery typically taking 2-3 business days. As all of my jewelry is made to order, the creation process takes 3-4 weeks before the piece is ready to be shipped.
